How do AUDRAY dresses fit?

Great question! Our dresses are designed to hug your curves beautifully with a close, sculpted fit – and thanks to our comfortable stretch fabric, they feel amazing all day long. Most styles fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller one for that perfect, polished look.

Which size should I order?

We've got you covered from US 2 to US 14: US 2 / UK 6 / EU 34 – US 4 / UK 8 / EU 36 – US 6 / UK 10 / EU 38 – US 8 / UK 12 / EU 40 – US 10 / UK 14 / EU 42 – US 12 / UK 16 / EU 44 – US 14 / UK 18 / EU 46.

Where are AUDRAY dresses made?

Every single AUDRAY piece is lovingly handcrafted in Hamburg, Germany – made just for you after you place your order, with so much attention to fit and finish.

How long does delivery take?

Because your dress is made especially for you, it will be crafted and shipped within 7–10 business days and then delivered within 48h via Express Shipping. Trust us – it's worth the wait!

I need my dress for a special date. Can you deliver faster?

Absolutely, we'll do our very best! Just reach out or message us via LIVE CHAT before ordering and let us know your date. For big events, we always recommend ordering a little early so you can relax and enjoy the moment.

Is shipping free?

Yes, it is! We offer FREE worldwide shipping with UPS – wherever you are.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Good news: within the EU, there are no additional costs at all. If you're outside the EU and your package gets charged any duties or taxes, don't worry – just email us the receipt within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll refund 100% of those charges. Easy!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your dress is on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking link. And of course, you can always ask us about your order in our LIVE CHAT – we're happy to check for you!

Can I return my dress?

Of course! We want you to absolutely love your AUDRAY. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Just let us know and we'll send you a free return form and shipping label. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. You can read all the details in our return and refund policy.

Will I really get 100% of my money back?

Yes, absolutely! 💛 We stand behind every AUDRAY piece with our 100% money back guarantee. When you return your unworn item within 14 days, you'll get the full price of your item back to your original payment method. And since shipping and your return label are completely free, returning won't cost you a cent. No hidden fees, no stress!

Just a few small things to keep in mind: items purchased during a sale can be returned for store credit, and for orders outside the EU, import duties paid on a returned order can't be refunded. If you have any questions, we're always just a message away!

When will I receive my refund?

How do I care for my dress?

So easy! Please check the care instructions on each product page – most of our dresses can simply be machine washed cold and hung to dry.
