Anleitung zum Selbstausmessen

Um die richtige Größe aus der Größentabelle zu ermitteln, ist es wichtig, Ihre Maße genau zu nehmen. Sie benötigen ein flexibles Maßband. Befolgen Sie die folgenden Schritte, um Brust, Taille und Hüfte korrekt zu messen:

  1. Messen der Brust:
  • Position: Stehen Sie aufrecht und atmen Sie normal.
  • Maßband: Legen Sie das Maßband um die vollste Stelle Ihrer Brust. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Band flach anliegt und nicht zu eng ist.
  • Hinweis: Notieren Sie das Maß in Zentimetern.​

2. Messen der Taille:

  • Position: Stehen Sie aufrecht und atmen Sie normal. Finden Sie die schmalste Stelle Ihrer Taille, normalerweise direkt über dem Bauchnabel.
  • Maßband: Legen Sie das Maßband um Ihre Taille, ohne es zu fest zu ziehen.
  • Hinweis: Notieren Sie das Maß in Zentimetern.​

3. Messen der Hüfte:

  • Position: Stehen Sie aufrecht mit geschlossenen Füßen.
  • Maßband: Legen Sie das Maßband um die vollste Stelle Ihrer Hüften und des Gesäßes. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Band flach anliegt und nicht zu eng ist.
  • Hinweis: Notieren Sie das Maß in Zentimetern.

Vergleichen Sie Ihre notierten Maße mit der untenstehenden Größentabelle, um Ihre Größe zu ermitteln

1) Measuring Bust:

* Position: Stand straight and breathe normally.

* Measuring Tape: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Ensure the tape is flat and not too tight.

* Note: Record the measurement in centimeters.​

2) Measuring Waist:

* Position: Stand straight and breathe normally. Find the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.

* Measuring Tape: Place the measuring tape around your waist without pulling it too tight.

* Note: Record the measurement in centimeters.​

3) Measuring Hips:

* Position: Stand straight with your feet together.

* Measuring Tape: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure the tape is flat and not too tight.

* Note: Record the measurement in centimeters.
